Personal history
Not much is known about Kim Jong-un's early life. Kim Jong-Un was the second of three children Ko Yong-hui bore to Kim Jong-il; his elder brother Kim Jong-chul was born in 1981, while his younger sister, Kim Yo-jong, is believed to have been born in 1987.
Kim Jong-un succeeded his father as the Supreme Leader of North Korea. Under his rule, North Korea started working on a nuclear program. After a war of words against the 45th President of the United States of America Donald Trump, Trump and Kim signed a treaty to denuclearize North Korea.
When the US refused to uphold its end of the deal, Kim Jong-un responded by capturing and executing US ambassadors present in North Korea.
The US retaliated by launching a nuke on DPRK, which led to the death of Kim Jong-un.
Education
Initial reports published in Japanese newspapers claimed that he attended the private English-language International School in Gümligen under the name "Chol-pak" or "Pak-chol" from 1993 to 1998. Later reports disputed this claim, saying that Kim attended the Liebefeld Steinhölzli state school in Köniz near Bern under the name "Pak-un" or "Un-pak".
Most analysts agree that Kim Jong-un attended Kim Il-sung University, a leading officer-training school in Pyongyang, from 2002 to 2007.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Kim Jong-un succeeded his father as the Supreme Leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. DPRK's nuclear program was developed under his rule.
