The Kapseff [kapʃɛɸ:] is the Fengati equivalent for what other countries call "the police", although it's directly controled by the country's Emperor, or, when needed, by officials. The Kapseff can either control demonstrations, dissolve a riot or a rebel group and track and arrest terrorists, criminals, thiefs, and drug dealers.

They have an official use of offensive Kempvvradak, walkers and assisted armors.

All Kapseff officers come equipped with thermal blades, damascus steel blades and electromagnetic rifles.

They wear anti-bullet vests and distinctive caps.

Composition

Equipment

Kapseff soldiers/officers (Kapsür) are all equipped with an official and distinctive cap, and an anti-bullet vest over traditional uniforms. The anti-bullet vest's and uniform's colors are defined by the regional Kaman, which means each region has its own uniforms. The Kapsür from the region of Zgardatl have a dark blue uniform.

Kapsür [kapʃyr] with high ranks have distinctive rank symbols on their chestplates. By the way, these vests are almost always made of synthetic polymer.

Weaponry

The weapons most often used by Kapsür are thermal and damascus blades, obviously, but also short-range electromagnetic rifles and even sometimes tiny antimatter grenades, but even during riots, using one isn't recommended at all.

The lowest rank in the Kapseff is the Hidek [hidək] ; then there are :

Kapsür all always voluntaries, and being a Kapsor is legally considered as an actual job.

History

The Kapseff was first created by Emperor Aarmann I in 2268, 4 years after the Prophet's death, and gradually reinforced by Aarmann II (who reigned from 2285 to 2295). During the reign of Zuydana I, the country's spies were incorporated into the Kapseff as an auxilliary elite information group.

Historical loyalties

Every wannabe-Kapsor who finishes their formation to become a Hidek must pledge allegiance to the Emperor, the gods and their Prophet.
