Brioche War
The Conflict
Prelude
The Toropea">Toropean empire and the Gangany">Gangan republic were the two major powers in the region and constantly had trading and commercial conflicts happening due to the Indian ocean having 80% of the world's trading intensity at that time. The Brioche war started out as a commercial conflict that snowballed until war was declared between the Gangany">Gangan republic and the Toropea">Toropean empire, by the Gangan republic (but not by the Toropea">Toropean empire, contrarly to what most people believe or want to believe), on the 14th of July 13582. West Nurdolia">Nurdolia declared independance and declared war to the rest of Nurdolia">Nurdolia and the Gangany">Gangan republic, the three other regions of the country being less rich and less densely populated, thus joining the Toropean empire, on the 15th of July 13582. West Nurdolia influenced the sub-caucasian part of the Fengati empire (Sayritl, or Sayar) and promised non-Fengati populations independance and military support in case of a war of independance against the Fengati empire ; Sayar declared independance and started the first Sayari war of independance in 13573, so pro-independance parties and groups were excited and threw the southern half of the Fengati empire into great instability and terrorism. And that is why the Fengati empire joined the war on the Gangany">Gangan republic's side on the 28th of July 13582.
