I'm trying to export all my worlds with the export tool (left the field for worlds empty), but it never gets any feedback beyond "Successfully scheduled backup. This can take several minutes. You will receive an email to confirm.". I tried 3 times now, twice with Brave and once with Chrome, also left it over night. No email, no update in the tab, nothing.
1. Go to https://toolbox.soullink.docker.worldanvil.com/backup/form 2. Enter email 3. Enter Authentication Token 4. Leave world name empty 5. Select desired exports (tried with "all" and also "excluding stats") 6. Click "Start" and wait patiently...(for nothing to happen :D)
I also never get the email that the job is done. Been trying for two days using different email addresses. These addresses are getting mail, so, unless your domain is explicitly black listed on my three different email domains, then the problem is likely on your side.
I am having this issue as well. I receive the message that the backup is scheduled, but never receive an error message or an email.
It's happening to me too. I've tried for several days and with several generated api's, no luck. I had this happen some months back, but there was a single article that was jamming up the works, I guess. There's no way for to know which article that is, and I have many.
Hi @Soullink. Any thoughts what's going on with this problem or maybe a workaround? I'm very nervous about losing my content. :)
Quick update. I unchecked everything except "Include Articles" and the export worked today.
Can confirm: Selecting *only* articles works for me as well.
This is also happening to me. The page says that the export is successful but I never get an email. I am on a Gmail address is that helps to troubleshoot. This makes me weary about putting more content into the system if I'm not sure I can get it out... Will try the selecting only articles solution above. EDIT: Tried Twice with only selecting "Include Articles". Same thing. Expoert is "successful" but I never get an email.
Hello. Just checking in on this again. I realized this morning that the "Articles" export does not include any of my image data. I wasn't keeping local copies of my images, so if something were to happen to my WA data, I'd lose them completely. Please advise if there's been any success in identifying the underlying problem here. Thanks so much!
Likewise, I'm unsure if tables (which I use a lot) or stuff in sidebars exports.
I am having this same problem. Sometimes I get an error on the export page. I have not gotten an email in any of my many attempts.
Selecting only Articles has stopped working for me. I'm now getting a Bad Gateway error every time: "Job failed: pywaclient.exceptions.UnexpectedStatusException: (502, 'Bad Gateway', 'article/9ed1d3f3-ebec-41d2-bfad-09e58afe972a')"
I'm still not able to export. Using Safari on MacOS.
