Removed icon showing page icon

When I delete the icon from a page, it doesn't go back to showing no icon in the World Codex, it instead shows a page icon.

Steps to Reproduce

Look at the World Codex for a page using the default icon. No icon is shown before the name.

Set an icon for the page. Save the page. Looking at the World Codex shows that icon before the page name.

Delete the icon. Save the page. Look at the World Codex and it now shows a page icon.

Hey there this is not actually a bug - when you remove the icon of an article you see the file icon

let the user know and close the bug report

When you haven't set an icon, no icon is shown in the World Codex. When you remove an icon, it doesn't revert to this behavior, it instead shows a file icon. This is inconsistent behavior.
