My Maps are not saving

Whenever I try uploading a map, I cannot save it. Instead it tells me the map is too large, saying that it is "B out of 102 MB" but my map is 1.1 MB. The map is a JPEG so it should work. What is wrong with it?

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the maps screen and submit a map to it.

Hello there - this cannot be reproduced. As a free member you can upload maps (with specific extension types) up to 3mb. This might mean you are out of space in your account as well.
