Creating new layer crashes website to 404 page

When creating a new layer in the maps feature, no matter what file is chosen, it crashes directly to the 404 page and cannot reload. The layer is not present on a reload and cannot be fixed when attempting to reload cache or page.

Steps to Reproduce

Create or edit a layer

upload any image to the layer tool, title, add details

directly crashes to the 404 page.

Hey there - I have tried this and we cannot reproduce this. Make sure you are using a file of the right max size and of the right extension
