My co-owner and collaborator don't see the left side menu and cannot edit

My co-owner and collaborator don't see the left side menu and cannot edit anything. It's like they are just generic users, but if i check they are correctly identified in their role.

Steps to Reproduce

Login as Author or Co-owner The Left menu don't show, the upper bar don't show

  • Does your co-owner have the world active? Can they see it on the top menu?
  • Hzve they tried loading World Anvil in incognito mode (in case a plugin/extension interferes?)

    THank you, problem solved. Changing from the player name to the world enabled the editing interface.
