When writing a journal post from your author page, adding a header image to the post doesn't work. You can click the 'add header image' button, but no matter what you type in the field (image name, bbcode, id, etc.), no images pop up for selection, prohibiting you from setting a header image. When making a journal post from the community dashboard, following the same steps will let you select an image that matches what you typed, and thus set the header.

Steps to Reproduce

Working as intended: Go to the community dashboard and click the "add a header image" button. Type in the image ID, bbcode, or image name, and a thumbnail of it will appear. Clicking on the thumbnail will select it as the header.   Where it's not working: Go to your author page and follow the same steps. After clicking "add a header image" and typing the image ID, bbcode, or name, no thumbnails will appear for selection. No errors appear to indicate something isn't working, so someone unfamiliar with how it's supposed to function might not realize it's not working correctly.
