Can't edit or delete "Supporting Characters" NPCs. Get 404 error and have to delete entire article

Totally unable to edit or delete NPC character profiles. Clicking Edit or Delete takes me to a 404 page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create "Supporting Character" profile. 2. Realize you made a mistake or need to change the picture you used. 3. Click Edit or Delete on "Supporting Characters" NPC list. 4. Realize that the only way to do it is to fully delete the article you just spent hours on.
