So I encountered a problem whereby I couldn't upload any images, I did everything possible and even deleted an entire project to make room, it was determined that I had too many images because a deleted world is still housing images. The only world I have doesn't have a single image on it. Instead of walking me through the process of fixing this the terrible human being who answered my ticket was just patronizing and closed the ticket. Is this what passes as "customer service" around here?
1. Wait for a developer to create a problem and monetize the solution. 2. Make filling out a ticket an absolute chore. 3. When said ticket is placed, patronize the customer and show I lack basic customer service skills. 4. Be satisfied I'm a giant asshole!
Hello once again Freddy456 First of all, watch your tone. Apart from a terrible human being as you said and patronizing I am also the owner and developer of World Anvil. So, as I said before your account, currently a free account already has a storage of above 100mb in images. From what I can see these are images that were used as layers on a map that it is part of a deleted world and still in the process of being deleted. This is not a bug, which was the reason I have closed the previous bug, as I will do with this one as well. Thank you and have a wonderful day. P.S. 1. Once a bug report is closed you can still reply to it and communicate. This and the previous one are closed because they are not bugs. 2. I have just read the rest of your message. Is this what passes for manners where you are from?
where i am from we respond to antagonistic and patronizing remarks, in kind. We also respond to "DO you know who I am?" Requests as presented by you here: "First of all, watch your tone. Apart from a terrible human being as you said and patronizing I am also the owner and developer of World Anvil." in Kind, TO answer your question in pervious posts about what passes for manners, where I'm from, I present you with a similar question: Where you are from, do patronizing and unhelpful comments pass as good customer service? You started this with your snippy fucking remarks. If your skill set lies outside of being able to handle normal customer service, I would hire someone with social skills outside your realm of ability and stick to the 1's and 0's asshole!
