Can't drag my categories to reorganize them.

When trying to reorganize my categories in the 'Articles & World' section, I can't seem to change or drag around the order of the categories or articles. I would like to change the order the categories appear in the World Codex, but can't seem to manage it. How can I fix this?

Steps to Reproduce

Go to 'Articles & World
Create multiple categories/articles
Try to drag them around

Browser

Fixed! I did not realize I had to hold the categories and articles before moving them around.
