When attempting to link a new or existing article, in this specific instance under the capital of a settlement. It does not allow me to create a new article, I will hit create and link and it just sits there for upwards of half an hour. When attempting to link an existing article, it lets me select it but after I save and view the page nothing is there. When I go back to see if it was added, it still tells me to select an article, like I hadn't in the first place.

Steps to Reproduce

1. select show template specific prompts & connections 2. Select Geopolitical 3. Navigate to the first option for capital 4. attempt to create and link new article.
