Image options not appearing

When I go into Images and press the ... button the images for image bbc code, copy image id and copy image url. I have tried this on both Opera GX and firefox.

Steps to Reproduce

Just hovering over the image and clicking on the ... to show the options.

switching from light to dark mode fixed it no longer an issue in either mode
