"Tics & Quirks" not "Ticks & Quirks"

There is a small typo on character templates, using Ticks instead of Tics. Tic and tick are homophones but tic is the one you're looking for (involuntary/unconscious movements, behaviors, and language)

Steps to Reproduce

Make a blank character, open personal, scroll to "Ticks & Quirks"
