I am no longer a Master Member, so I can't access the Manuscripts feature, but I have one in a world I want to delete. Since I have a manuscript, I can't delete the world, but I can't access it, so I don't have any way to delete it. Either let me delete a world with manuscripts on it, or let me delete manuscripts even if I am no longer a Master member.

Steps to Reproduce

Have a world with a manuscript, no longer be a Master member (not have access to the feature), try to delete the world or the manuscript.
