WHen I am trying to browse my world via my custom domain www.thecounterearth.com - my pages when logged in work somewhat, except when I try to edit an article or visit my manuscript (https://thecounterearth.com/community/manuscripts/read/7178555466-temujin-calidius-the-counter-earth3A-antichthon). At which point I get an image with a cat with the text:

"Uh oh! Something went wrong!

We can't establish a connection to the server. Is your internet connection infested with Udans?

If you think there's an issue with World Anvil, please message our team on Discord or Twitter (@WorldAnvilTeam)!"

If I try from a different browser and am not logged in, currently I just get "Multipass? Sorry, you don't have access to this page. This is most probably because the article is private and you don't have the necessary rights to view it." (My world is set to public).

I do not get these errors when viewing and editing via the WorldAnvil.com domain.

The only thing I did while playing around which seemed to cause errors, was mess around with my URL slug under Advanced Settings --> Monetisation tab. I wanted to change my slug from "the-counter-earth-temujin-calidius" to just "the-counter-earth" - I had since changed it back to its original to get rid of other errors I was getting. Though there's no warning on that page to suggest it could break my site. I would prefer it to remain at "the-counter-earth" (so I have since put it back to that).

Hello! So the issue with your world slug changes can be done, simply message me on Discord (Xuroth) when you're ready, and I can update the configuration so that your custom domain points to the correct slug URL. This is only if you wish to have your domain pointing at your world on World Anvil .

As for editing articles, you should not edit articles while accessing your world under the custom domain. All authoring/editing changes should be done from the main worldanvil.com domain. The custom domain is exclusively for viewing/sharing your world. Changes made to the articles will be shown to visitors regardless of the domain they use to access your world on World Anvil.

The issue with Manuscripts not being visible under a custom domain will require some further investigation. I'll look into this - might be a routing issue or it might be something more complex.
