UI Icons not displaying on left and right menu bars and within the world tree drop down

The UI icons and the left and right side menus are not displaying the UI icons, drop down tabs in the tree, or the icons to add an article or folder. This is the case on Chrome, Edge, Safari and Brave.

Doesn't seem to be an issue any more, I've opened it using Safari, Chrome and Brave and all are now okay
