When open for more than a few seconds, the handout screen will nest into itself, and happens both in Chrome and Firefox. If left alone, it will keep nesting further, and never display any information.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the handout screen in an open session as a player. Wait 15 seconds. That's it.

Bug is duplicate of Handouts page is making a window (of the handouts page) inside itself after a moment of it being open
