Sidebar shows no links or tools

When i open my sidebar there is nothing there. so i cannot use this website i am paying for to create anything. Very frustrating.

i click the expand sidebar button and there is nothing ion the sidebar

i figured it out my avast antitrack extension for my crome browser was the problem
