Trying to set the permissions for my group on a newly created character always return the same error message:

Hey there! Privacy requires a Master subscription. You can upgrade now and you will only pay the prorated cost of the subscription! If you have joined the Guild within the last 15 days, and you have used a coupon code, message us and we will upgrade you WITH the offer!

If you are already above this rank, click here to fix this.

Clicking the "click here" link reloads the page but doesn't fix the issue. I am running with Google Chrome (142.0.7444.60 (Official Build) (arm64)) on Mac OS 26.1.

I never had the issue before today (Nov 10, 2025)

Thank you.

I have the exact same issue, started today (10 Nov) as well out of the blue. I have it with article permissions though, which I could change, until tonight. It shows basically the same error message. Clicking the link also reloads the page but doesn't fix anything.

I have the same issue, I am a Sage and it keeps prompting me to upgrade my membership for Master features. Clicking the "fix this" link does not fix it.

Having the same issue on windows. It technically lets me change the article permissions, but it throws the window every time I hit the button, and I have to close the popup before I can edit it.

Example: click on lock/unlock, error, close window. It changed, but threw the error.

Click button to open subscriber list, error, close window, change subscribers.

It lets me change it, but not before telling me I'm not allowed.

I am also having this issue. Only fix as of now for me is to click the three dots and got to the old edit version and change the access permissions there.
