I have recently been gifted a Grandmaster Tier and I updated it today. I looked at my articles however, and they do not have the option for comments, even though the "Allow Comments" option is clicked.   I logged out, and logged back in, but that did not fix it.   I then created a new article, but that did not work either. I even checked other Grandmaster articles, but they all had a comment section.

Steps to Reproduce

I do not know how you can reproduce, but   1. Update to Grandmaster Tier 2. Look at articles 3. See if there is a comment section
