Dummy pin is not removed

When you are in the map editor, and you click the button to create a pin, a dummy pin appears. When you click the same button again, you can no longer place the pin. However the dummy pin stays on the page and can even still be dragged around.

Steps to Reproduce

Open a map in the map editor
Click the button to add a pin
The red droplet dummy pin now appears
Click the button again
You are no longer in the mode where you can add a pin, but the dummy pin is still on the map
