When creating new articles I always have to refresh Athena, before I can use them with the mention system.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Writing an article
2. Use green hammer to create a new article
3. return to article being written (or really any other article
4. try summoning mention
5. does not appear in list (at least for Euclid)
6. use F5 to refresh page
7. now I can use mention system to add the new article.

We recently fixed a missing event dispatch that should be closely related to this, so there is a good liklihood that this has been resolved. Can you test if this issue persists?
It works in the Visual Editor, but I am experiencing the same issue in the Euclid editor.
