I'm trying to deleted something from a template specific prompt (capital city in an organization, as an example) and no matter how many times i try and save, it keeps coming back and displaying on the article. I go to the spot where the drop down has me select a settlement, click the x, click away, save the page, and it shows in the editor that there is nothing selected. Then, I go to view my world, and the prompt bat is still in the sidebar with the city that was previously selected displayed. I can't get rid of the capital city, head of government, and deity specifically for my organization. When I go back into the editor, those fields have been repopulated with the data I tried to delete.

Steps to Reproduce

What happened to me:

open and work on organization article over multiple weeks

fill out multiple template specific prompts

realize later on that I don't want them and want to do it manually, delete prompts, leaving the drop downs empty

type elsewhere on article to trigger save.

most of the prompts correctly cleared out, but these three did not.
