Word Count in Prose Articles is Counting Formatting Tags

It seems the BB Code tags are being counted as "Words". What I expected to happen:
Word Count to only count "real words", i.e. not things inside tags What actually happened:
Tags are included in Word Count The attached image shows what removing the BB Code from just the first couple of lines does.

So I did another test on this same WIP article, this time removing ALL BBcode.

Total word count (with all BB Code): 3,276
Total without BB Code: 3,217
Difference: 59 Words

I know this doesn't sound much, but given I'm trying to hit 50k words for #Novelember, I don't want to find I didn't actually hit it because of formatting. Compromise: ⇒ Some people may use long tooltips and want these included in their word count. Maybe we can display with/without tags word count, or use a checkbox/drop-down so people can decide which measurement they want?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Write any normal sentence, note the word count. 2. Add bold formatting to the whole sentence. 3. Add a space at the end of the sentence to force the word count to refresh. 4. The word count will have increased by two.
