"View in World" Button under the "..." Menu on Articles/Categories in Dashboard Widgets Not Working

The "View in World" button under the three dots menu of the dashboard widgets isn't opening anything when clicked. The address to the page in the world pops up in the bottom left corner of the screen, showing that it is recognising something as being there, and the other buttons all seem to be fine and working as intended, but the "View in World" is completely unresponsive and does nothing at all when clicked.
Steps to Reproduce
- On the main Dashboard, click on the "..." menu beside an article under the "Continue Working" or "Recently Created" widget.
- Click on the button for "View in World".
- The button does not respond and nothing opens.
