Hello there can I please have some more information?

Is this happening when viewing or ediitng a map?

Is the map particualarily big in size?

Does the map have a large amount of markers?

Can I have a public link to the map to investigate?

Hello there - I just wanted to say that I did reproduce this issue and is being given top priority.   This was caused due to our new rate limiting to mitigate an ongoing DDoS attack. We are currently working to find a solution around this.

Heya! No idea if it still helps: It was when i tried to edit the map, not when viewing. It happened on all maps, varying in size, main one i am trying is the biggest i have in size but does not have to many markers. Others are smaller (City map) but have way more markers. Those combinations may help complicate it. Maps are not public, my players do know I'm on World anvil, and there is info there i do not want to see them :)

Just tried to edit again, error itself is gone, creating a pin wizard is kinda working (Have to place first, go to edit after to place a pin). Map seems to save now.

Clicking through to other maps still not working.

We have already deployed a fix.

Can you please elaborate - how do you mean clicking on other map is still not working?

I have a map of a continent, with multiple countries in it. The map pin for that country is linked to the map of the country. Normally when clicking on the map, it forwards towards the (linked) map of that country. Now it (looks like) it refreshes the page without going to the other map.

If it is an another unrelated bug/issue, I'll gladly make a new report or refer to an already existed one :)

Hey puerknight - this is certainly unrelated but my question is

Is this on the editing or viewing side?

In the editing side, since the creation of the tool, the links never went anywhere (for now) they have been illustrative so you know where it should go when you are in the view/presentation side. If this is happening on the presentation side, it would be very odd since we haven't touched this function for ages but it would be a bug.
