When clicking on the green hammer in the bottom right corner of the UI then mousing over the pencil icon on the top right of Country and clicking, the article type created is Organization instead of Country. It follows the exact same behavior as following the above steps but on the Organization card (same link) except the Organization article type would be expected on that card.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click green hammer on bottom right of UI 2. Find the Country card and click the pencil in the top right 3. Notice the article type (including in the URL bar) is Organization 3.1. URL ends in: /edit?type=organization
