Hello there - I am sorry but I cannot replicate this and I can see your character has already 150+ journal entries. Can you please elaborate. Obviously this was possible in the past and we have made no changes to this system

Just an update on this to say that this is indeed reproduced. Oddly enough it it is only affecting characters with a large number of journals. I am currently investigating the reason behind this

This issue was caused because the users have disabled autosave.   Starting today all users have Autosave enabled and cannot switch back.
