Toggling dark mode off changes icon and text colour, but not background color, making hard to see.

as you can see from the screenshots, it looks like the color scheme is set to dark in both light and dark mode, however the toggle is affecting some of the css variables

Steps to Reproduce

navigate to any world.

toggle on dark mode (right sidebar - click on your avatar to expand user menu and you will see WA dark mode toggle)

go to articles and world manager

click on tree menu :
- text is clear off white on dark background :)

toggle off dark mode
navigate to articles and world manager

click on tree menu:
- text is grey on dark background :(
