Hero URL - https://www.worldanvil.com/hero/erik-dreamstrider - in question is a custom URL from Epic Tier Hero subscription, it seems it's just this URL that cannot load the initial Character Profile Page. It seems other parts of the Hero's profile can be accessed via the World the Character is linked to, for example, character sheet is accessible https://www.worldanvil.com/sheet/1355266/view as are other parts of the profile accessible in the side bar, just not the main profile with the custom URL

Hello there - we will be investigating this but from a first look it seems like a somewhat irregular post on the character stream. Can you give us a bit more information about the last posts you've made with your character's stream?
