Unable to Change Character Profile Image

After uploading an initial image to a character profile I am unable to change the picture. The initial upload runs as expected stating the picture has been uploaded however the photo does not save upon refreshing the page or viewing character profile.

Steps to Reproduce

Selected "Update Character Profile Image" - Selected desired photo from device - Selected Save Changes

This usually means that the profile image was not accepted. Make sure that the image is less than 1 MB and encoded as WEBP, JPG or PNG.
