Emojis in Bug Tracker Replies Create a 404

I noticed when I put an emoji in a bug tracker reply from the Windows character menu (Windows Key plus the period key) it causes a 404 error.

Add an emoji from the Windows character menu (Emoji and more) and then save or submit.

Hello there - Emojis cannot be used anywhere on World Anvil including the bug board and will break any saving of article or otherwise
