I can't access any of the tutorial videos. In Firefox i get an error message that says "no video with supported format and MIME type found." I wasted a week trying to fix this on Mozilla's end with no results. It seems to work with Edge, and I've never seen this problem on any other site with firefox. like most people who have a clue about computers, I hate edge. I can use it if i have to, but it really sucks that this site doesn't work with the only remaining decent browser.

Hello there :)

This is not a Firefox issue - it is a question of loaded to the machine encoders or lack there of.

Chrome, Opera, Brave all work perfectly well with World Anvil and they are all tested to work (Firefox also is tested and working)

Completely unhelpful. Thanks for nothing.

Have you tried loading the videos on another device?

What I was trying to say above is that we cannot fix issues with encoder on a local level

and there is a variety of reasons that. this can happen but none of them have to do with what we can fix
