Editors of Sage world cannot create additional statblocks.

My Editors have recently started getting an error saying they cannot create any more statblocks. It seems that despite the world they are creating for being a Sage world, they are being limited by the free account limitations (I think it's 50 statblocks)?

Steps to Reproduce

Attempt to create a Statblock on a sage-owned world while having more than 50 created statblocks in total.

Hello! We've been fixing several of the issues related to permissions lately. Are your editors still experiencing this issue? If so, are they free users? In your world's configuration, what type of access are they granted? (Writer, Advanced Writer, Editor, Co-Owner) Some access types have limited access that wasn't previously consistently applied.
