Why in the living fuck can you not put cities into countries?!?!

When placing cities into parent location, it will only list other cities, not Countries as options, how is that even useful?

Hello there - first of all please try to use more civil language.

To answer your question, an Country (which is an Organization) cannot be a parent location since, it is not a location.

A country or any other organization is the owner of a location.

This is not a bug and it is not a recent change it is the way the system works since 2017
