Ordered Lists appearing as bullet points

I create an ordered list using BBCode, but the parser treats it as an unordered list and returns bullet points in both the preview and the world view.

Steps to Reproduce

Create ordered list using "ol" and "li" codes (or "-" between each element).
Change article view to "preview" mode to check.
Change article view to world view to check.

(This list was created as an ordered list, so if it comes out as a bulleted list, that is further evidence)

I tested it again, and the problem only seems to be persisting in the "preview" mode. In the "view in world" mode, ordered lists are appearing correctly.
