When you edit the description section of a party in a campaign, it shows a BBCode editor and accepts BBCode in text box, Yet when you view the published information outside of the editor, it doesn't parse the code and shows up as an unformatted, noparsed wall of text with the BBcode visible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create campaign 2. Create party 3. Enter party description with BBCode 4. Save/Post 5. View party description on main page and in party description. See BBCode visible and no formatting applied. 6. Be Grumpy. 7. Post Bug and Hope for fix.
