All UI icons are missing

I am having the same issue. I have tested Firefox, Chrome, Edge and even Chrome on my phone. No Icons.

Having the same issue. Tested on firefox, chrome, edge, and opera. All of them have the same issue, on both PC and mobile. No icons on anything.

This has happened to me, too.

All icons are completely missing, as well as my profile avatar in the upper corner.
