Three dot menu on Articles & World is unclickable

This bug happens only after the three dot menu is able to be accessed, e.g., to Enable Compact Mode. Then when I tried to Disable Compact Mode through the three dot menu, the menu pop up just cannot be accessed, i.e.,when I hover the pop up, it's gone. Then I tried clicking the three dot to bring up the pop up menu, which it works but when I hover to the pop up, it's gone again.

This can be reproduced. Only happens on compact mode
