Tag-based image classes are not added to image pages or portrait images

When you add a tag to an image, it is also added as a css class so that you can apply special styling. I use this to make sure dark images are still visible when on my dark theme. These classes are added to the image block, but I've noticed that they do not get added when the image is used as a portrait (ie the kind you add via the sidebar) or when it's on its own image page.

Steps to Reproduce

Add a tag to an image
Inspect the image when on the image page or when used as a portrait to see that there's no class applied
