Recall Stones are a modified sending stone that lets the user cast teleport. The stone must be bound to the user using a special ink and book that is attuned the location that the stone will send the user back. By smearing this ink with your finger and swiping the ink on the stone, the item becomes bound to the user and cannot be used by anyone else. Messages can be sent through the stone to the user, but cannot be sent back.Once per week, the user may cast a very limited version of Teleport from the stone, casting time of 1 minute and only the user will be engulfed in the spell. The user will teleport back to the spot the contract was made. The user may cast it again if there are other stones still at the location it came from to return. The stone will recharge after 1 week, no sending messages can be sent until then.
