Before you make an attack with a ranged weapon that you are proficient with, you can choose to take a -5 penalty to the attack roll. If the attack hits, you add +10 to the attack's damage.
Racial Features
Darkvision: Accustomed to the night, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray
Headless: You can freely detach your head, moving it around with a speed of 10 ft. (Hover) as long as it’s within 15 feet of your body. Any further and the smoke stops billowing from both ends and the head has a move speed of 0. You cannot be decapitated and you see through the head at all times.
Noble Lineage: You have advantage on saving throws against being frightened, and magic can’t put you to sleep.
Harbinger: You know the Toll the Dead cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Command spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the Find Steed spell, but can only choose the Warhorse stat block, once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

Soki Akari is the cocky second oldest sibling of the prestigious Soki Clan of Tara, and an exceptional archer and artist. Despite living in her older brother's shadow her whole life, Akari holds much pride in her clan and always seeks to uphold its values.
Upon reaching adulthood she was given a trial to prove her worth in the clan and be considered a master of their arts. However the trial was interrupted by a grand tortoise that was far too powerful and snapped Akari's head right off, ending the trial and her life. In a twist of fate, the grace of unknown Fey magics revived her into a dullahan, giving her a new lease on life. Due to the unfavorable results of the trial and her new form, she was exiled from the clan and decided to instead become a mercenary to continue honing her craft and aiming to track down the beast which ruined her life so that she may one day restore her own honor
