The woodland folk are not a single race, but a grouping by the common folk of Faerun for creatures recently migrated from the Feywilds. They are often closely related to fey creatures, but are able to move around humanoid civilsations without it affecting them too drastically. Though they often prefer the provincial life over the bustle and toxins of city life. They also come in a variety of sizes and shapes.   Size: All woodland folk have a choice between Small or Medium size. Small creatures have a movement speed of 25ft and are typically under 4' tall and 60lb. Medium sized creature have a movement speed of 30ft and are typically over 4' tall and 60lb.
Languages: Selidarian
Fey Ancestry: You have Advantage on Charmed saves, and Magic cannot put you to sleep.  

Hamadryad

  The all-female cousins to the Dryad, Hamadryads are quite similar, but are not bound to a single plant. This allows them to wander the world, which they do, often bringing back tales to tell their Dryad friends. While they have a lot of similar physiology to the dryads, they have a fraction of their natural abilities. Many hamadryads take to learning the way of Druids or making Pacts with Archfey to compensate.   Age: Maturity 30 years. Maximum age of 300 years.

Natural Camouflage: You have advantage on Stealth checks when trying to hide in dense foliage such as in swamps and forests, and you can take the Hide action while only lightly obscured by foliage. You lose these benefits if you don medium or heavy armor.
Thick Hide: Your skin has adapted to protect you without the need for cumbersome armor. You gain a +1 bonus to your AC while you aren't wearing medium or heavy armour.
Verdant Being: You know the Druidcraft cantrip and can cast it at will. Use your choice of Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma.  

Harengon

  A race of fey creatures that have increasingly started to appear in the material plane. They have a naive curiousity and a healthy set or paranoia, often finding a quick balance of head-turning twitchiness and danger-filled situations.   Age: Maturity 14 years. Maximum age of 70 years.
Size: 3’8" to 5’11" tall, 45 to 140 lb.

Lucky Footwork: When you fail a Dexterity saving throw, you can use your reaction to roll a d4 and add it to the result, potentially turning the failure into a success.
Rabbit Hop: Once during each of your turns when you walk at least 5 feet, you can hop, rolling a d12 and moving that many feet in a direction of your choice. This extra distance doesn’t cost movement, but you can hop only if your speed isn’t 0.  

Myconid

  A race that originates from the subterrainean area of the Feywild known as the Feydark. They form passive colonies and have spread over to the Underdark of the Prime Material Plane, often attacked by the more aggressive inhabitants. Some colonies have managed to successfully allimated to the surface, often losing a portion of their great strength and communal hivemind in doing so.   Age: Maturity 6 years. Maximum age of 1,000 years.
Size: 3’8" to 6’7" tall, 35 to 140 lb.

Rapport Spores: You may as an action, cast Rapport Spores at will. Your spellcasting ability for this spell is your choice of Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma. You can also cast this spell normally with any spell slots you have.  

Pixie/Sprite

  An enchanted race born of raw fey magic, pixies and sprites are the diminutive tiny folk of the Feywild. Under the direction of the Courts of Unseelie, they etch the patterns of frost on the winter ponds and rouse the buds in springtime. For the Seelie, they cause flowers to grow and sparkle with summer dew, and they colour the leaves with the blazing hues of autumn. It is said that they taught the birds to fly and to sing. These childlike creatures have a penchant for mischievous fun, and there is no game a fairy will not play, no sport it will not attempt, and no revelry it will avoid or decline.   Age: Maturity 12 years. Maximum age of 500 years.

Fairy Flight: 10 x Proficiency Bonus ft Fly (Hover)
Fairy Magic: You know the Druidcraft cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Faerie Fire spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the Enlarge/Reduce spell once, but only the Reduce option and only upon yourself with this trait, and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Your spellcasting ability for this spell is your choice of Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma. You can also cast this spell normally with any spell slots you have.  

Satyr/Faun

  Originally a Fey race, cursed by the Goddess Sune with unquenchable lust and dark desires. Satyr and Faun have hidden themselves deep within the forest and Feywilds, preying upon Nymphs and stray travellers for momentary relief. With the Shutting of Heaven, they have found a new world opened to them free of their curse. And have started a rich tapestry of tales and take to stagecraft to enjoy it.   Age: Maturity 40 years. Maximum age of 600 years.
