In this form you are able to cast spells from your spell list.Force of Nature This ring holds 4 charges. You can expand a number of charges to cast a spell. When you cast a spell whilst Wild Shape as a treant you regain 1d8 hit points for each charge you expend. The rind regains 1d4 charges at dawn.
