These delightful salad bites roll around the plate and dodge out of the way of forks. The balls of leaves are budling shamblers, tiny plant creatures that can do little more than roll and wiggle. But with a little bit of vinaigrette, maybe some crushed nuts and cubes of ham and turkey they make a delightful salad! Three should be enough to fill any belly, careful not to have more. Part of the culinary experience is that they keep on wiggling the whole way down. Threes company four is a crowd.

For every Baby Spinach Shambler consumed in excess of three, make a DC 15 Con save with a cumulative -1 penalty per shambler eaten in the last eight hours. On a success, you have advantage on a single initiative check in the next hour as their wiggling keeps you alert. On a failure, suffer disadvantage on charisma checks for the next hour as the raucous rabble of four or shamblers creates a gastrointestinal event at most inopportune times.
