When smoked.
A creature gains resistance to acid for 6 hrs, and it acts as a mild aphrodisiac.


Addiction.
After the 6 hrs, roll a 1d6 on a 5 or 6, the creature is now addicted and will go into withdrawal for 3 days. During these 3 days any checks made with Intelligence or Wisdom are made with disadvantage, due to distracting thoughts about the dust.
