Skilled
Ar-Galee begin training their children at ten years old, when they turn from Children to Youth. The training earns them the designation "Sohcha" or Skilled. The Youth then serves The Kingdom until they are eighteen in non-combat roles. At eighteen an Ar-Galee becomes an adult and continues in their service as Military until they turn either 24 (for females) or 26 (for males) and are then allowed to shift into civilian life. Sohcha are physically and mentally honed, then given individual Career Training at certain ages. When creating a Sohcha character, be certain to allow XP for your Profession's required talent, as it will make the skills required of you Career Skills. See the Profession Articles for details.
The Skilled counts the following skills as career skills: Athletics , discipline , education , science , geography , resilience , survival , vigilance . Before spending experience during character creation, a Skilled may choose four of their career skills and gain one rank in each of them.
A Kingdom Recruit must be a citizen of The Kingdom. I mean, obvi, right? Like, duh. A Kingdom Recruit who gains the Tier 3 Talent Bearer of the Rose gains a special ability:
