You either turn rocks, metal or stone into dust or vice versa. Create Dust. You transfer up to 5 lbs of rocks, metal or stone within range in an open container. Compact Dust. You compact up to 5 lbs of dust in an open container within range into their solid counterpart. You can reform them into any shape within reason.

At higher levels: At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you create or destroy 5 additional lbs of dust/solids for each slot level above 2nd.
